Build an add-on to UsersWP plugin

I need a developer to add the feature of search users on users listing page by selecting one or multiples tags on users listing page. The url of results must have this format https://demos.ayecode.io/userswp/user/selectedtag1+selectedtag2+selectedtag3

And also show each user tags on user listing page.
