We’re looking to merge commetns & ratings across languages.
Unfortunately, this does not come out-of-the-box with WPML.
Some people have tried it:

However, they’re not working as expected and cause issues.
We use a bunch of other plugins (for instance, GeoDirectory) that pretty much all are WPML-compatible. The goal is to have a light solution with easy maintenance and reduced risk of compatibility issues along the way 🙂
I’ve already had someone look at it who within a short amount of time managed to get comments to merge across GD listings, as well as have the star ratings merged across the listings. The only thing that was missing was to also merge the rating data in the structured data created by GD.
