Help needed setting up back end/design of front end plus some specific queries on GD

I have a wordpress site hosted by IONOS with zeen child theme. GD is installed. I need a customised directory set up for a travel database. I have draft data that can be imported, but currently the places set up is not quite right, not the search parameters. I need the front end also set up so it fits in with the current design. I have a basic understanding of GD but I think this is too complex for me to sort out and an expert would be able to do it much faster. Hoping it actually isn’t too complicated to do, just needs someone much more familiar with GD to do it.
