Searching for someone who can add a (manually) push notification, when a dealer fills e.g. “special offer”, so a customer who had favoured him gets a notification. I thin this has to push manual from the dealer. For example: The dealer has a special offer and press a button in his dashboard entry. Maybe it is possible to adapt this for othere fields like new event or news or something else like new opening hours…
