Remove locations directory for an Exact matching Domain, to make sure city pages are at the root of the domain.

Hi The idea is simple. I have an exact matching domain: kinderdagverblijf.nl (daycarecenter.nl) At the moment city pages are created manually: kinderdagverblijf.nl/amsterdam/ What we want (for the new website) is that we can use GD location pages instead of the manually created city pages. To do this, we need to remove the /locations/ directory from the url. We already contacted GD and permalink manager pro. Both say that it is not possible. The new website is here:
