2. Updates

You will receive automatic updates to your themes & plugins when you keep an active product license from https://wpperks.io.

3. WordPress Compatibility

It is our duty to keep ours themes and plugins up-to-date and working with the latest versions of WordPress and third party plugins we support.

4. Browser Compatibility

Our themes and plugins support most modern web browsers including Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

5. Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, a link to the download will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive a download link you can reach out to us so we can help! The download will contain instructions for setting up your subscription and getting support from WP Perks at https://wpperks.io .

6. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our themes, modified or unmodified. All products are property of the Local Routes Foundation. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. You may not redistribute our products.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the theme or plugin is not functioning correctly. We do not allow refunds after 14 days, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchase.

8. Support

We offer our products ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, or administration of WordPress and the code. Support is only provided via our Help Desk. You can submit a ticket via there once you have started your subscription for updates on the site.

9. No Solicitation

As a customer/user, you shall not Solicit any of tour employees or independent contractors, for as long as they are working for us, provided that you shall not be prohibited from soliciting or hiring any such person through the use of a general solicitation (including through the use of employment agencies) not specifically targeted at such persons. “Solicit” is defined to include: solicit, recruit, engage, or otherwise employ or retain, on a full-time, part-time, consulting, work-for-hire, or any other basis.
